IDEA Act

Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA) of 2004

IDEA, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, is a federally funded program which makes funds available to school districts based upon the number of student with identified disabililities and is reported June 1 of each year.  Funds are used to support the individualized instruction, programming, and services required by law to students who have qualified for state guidelines.
