Board Committees

The Board of Education has several subcommittees that meet monthly to further study topics and make recommendations in several areas critical to the operations of the district. Each committee is composed of two Board members as well as district administrative staff. Committee meetings are open to the public. Committee Meeting Dates

  • Buildings and Grounds Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 9:00 a.m.  

  • Communication Committee: Meets the Monday after the Board Meeting at 1:00 p.m.

  • Curriculum & Instruction Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 8:00 a.m. 

  • Finance Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 10:00 a.m. 

  • Fine Arts, Athletics, and Extracurricular Committee: Meets sporadically.  

  • Personnel Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 11:00 a.m. 

  • Policy Committee: Meets sporadically as needed.
