E.J. Davis
Senior, Milford Track
E.J. is in his second year of throwing shot put and discus. While primarily a shot putter, E.J. has recently improved his best discus throw by more than 15 feet, and is developing into a leader to his younger teammates.
Ava Pappas
Sophomore, Milford Track
Ava is in her second year of throwing shot put and discus. Ava has already made major improvements in her throwing so far this season, but her positivity and encouragment are what make Ava an awesome teammate and a pleasure to coach.
