Liz Fadden and Lyra Grammell
Milford Swimming
Liz, a sophomore, qualified for a pair of finals at the prestigious Southwest Classic. In the 1650 freestyle, she finished eighth and added a 17th-place tally in the 500 freestyle. Lyra, a freshman, had a great second-place finish in the 50 freestyle against Little Miami and Mariemont and was fifth in the 100 free.
Charlie Jones and Wilson Larimore
Milford Swimming
Charlie, a senior, qualified for the finals of the prestigious Southwest Classic for the first time, finishing 14th in the 50 butterfly. Wilson, a sophomore, recorded a pair of top-three finishes in a tri-meet against Little Miami and Mariemont. For the day, he finished second in the 50 butterfly and was a third-place finisher in the 100 breaststroke.
Violet Shuluga
Senior, Milford Basketball
Violet scored her 1000th point and a career-high 29 points in Thursday's win over Kings. She followed that up with 23 points and 10 rebounds in the win over McNicholas.
