  1. Register and complete parent & student forms on Final Forms

  2. Have a current sports physical on file.  Download & complete form on Final Forms or click here for form.  A doctor or physician must sign the form before the sports physical is valid.

  3. Participation fee is due prior to the first regular season game/contest.  Pay online through PaySchools Central or check made payable to: Milford Athletics

Boys High School Basketball
1) Tryouts: Friday, November 1st- Juniors & Seniors 3pm-4:30pm, Freshmen & Sophomores from 4:30-6pm & MHS Gym
2) Weights/conditioning: Tues and Thurs 2:45pm-3:45pm, Saturdays 9:00am-9:45am @ MHS Weight Room
3) Open gyms: Directly After Lifting- Tuesdays & Thursdays conditioning and open gyms are from 4:00pm-5:30pm and Saturdays from 10:00am-11:30am. All are at the Meranda Sports Complex

Boys Wrestling
1) Preseason weight lifting/Open mats: Monday – Lifting @ 3:45 to 4:30, followed by Conditioning 4:30 to 5:15. Wednesday – Conditioning @ 3:45 to 4:20, followed by Lifting 4:30 to 5:15 – Wrestlers will meet at the High School - in the back hallway just behind the weight room; be on time.
Tuesday and Thursday – Wrestling Open mat and Technique – 5:00 to 6:45PM - Wrestlers will meet at the Meranda Sport Complex @ the New Ed Morris Wrestling Room.
2) Mandatory Practice: Starts November 15th at 4:00PM @ Meranda Sport Complex- Ed Morris Wrestling Room
