Testing day means late arrival for some Dec. 9

Posted on: December 8, 2021

On Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, Milford High School will be administering the state American Government end-of-course exam to all students currently taking Government. This includes students taking AP U.S. Government.

All students who are NOT taking Government (all freshmen, sophomores, and most juniors) will have a late arrival (info below). Contact your grade-level counselor with questions.

Transportation: All buses will only run their regularly scheduled routes at regularly scheduled times on Dec. 9.

Seniors (and any juniors taking Government): All students must report to their testing room at the high school no later than 7:45 a.m. to begin the test administration. Once testing is completed, students will report to their 2nd bell. This is a state-required assessment and tudents must participate. Students will be expected to make up the test if they are not present on Dec. 9.

Freshmen, sophomores and juniors (NOT taking government): These students are not required to report to school until 9:35 a.m. At 9:40am, second bell will begin and attendance will be taken.

Please note: Students who ride the bus to school on Dec. 9 and any non-testing students who arrive at school prior to 9:30 a.m. must report to the cafeteria upon arrival. They will be assigned to a supervised study hall until 9:35 a.m.
