The Clermont County Public Library Board of Trustees and the Milford Exempted Village School District are exploring the possibility of undertaking a land swap that would allow for the construction of a new state-of-the-art library branch to be located on Buckwheat Road between the campus of Mulberry Elementary and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. The building and land site of the current library located on State Route 131 (across from Milford High School) would be transferred to Milford Schools. The Milford Board is considering the use of the current library on State Route 131 as the new location for the district's central office which is now located at the former Milford South on Garfield Avenue. On behalf of the Milford Board of Education, the Business Advisory Council has been assigned to look into the marketability of Milford South.
