Posted on: June 22, 2021
Dr. Tyler Arnold

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Tyler Arnold will be named the new Principal of Milford High School, pending Board of Education approval in July.

Dr. Arnold comes to Milford from Winton Woods High School where he has served in the role of assistant principal for three years. Previous to that he worked in the suburban Columbus areas of Pickerington and Worthington as a teacher and an administrator. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Wooster, a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Earlham College, and a PhD in Education-Leadership from Capella University.

"He will bring a great energy to Milford High School and I’m confident he’ll be able to easily make connections with students and staff," said Superintendent John Spieser.

“I’m ecstatic to be coming to Milford where there is emphasis on the three As: athletics, academics, and the arts. Milford does not stifle students’ potential and offers opportunities for pathways after graduation, be it career, college, or the military. I’m excited to work with the staff and administration to continue to show students all of the opportunities that are available to them. I’m looking forward to having a hand in taking the Eagles to new heights," said Dr. Arnold.

Welcome to the flock, Dr. Arnold! He will begin his new role at MHS August 1.
