Reporting Illness Over Winter Break

If a student should test positive for COVID-19 over the winter break, families are required to report that information to us.
 
Call the COVID-19 hotline at (513) 576-4150 or fill out this form online.
 
Even though school is not in session for the next two weeks, depending on when the student was last in school and symptomatic, there may be a need to contact trace and quarantine. Additionally, several of our athletic teams and extra curricular activities will still be practicing or holding events, and we may need to contact trace and quarantine participants in those activities.
