Preschool Registration Begins Jan. 27
Registration for Milford Preschool begins January 27, 2021! Milford Preschool will be accepting new student registrations by appointment for the upcoming school year on the following dates/times:
Wednesday, January 27 - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday, February 4 - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, February 5 - 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call Janet Short at 513-728-7455 to make a registration appointment.
Registration appointments will be in 10 minute increments. Should you arrive early, please wait in your car until the time of your appointment. Due to COVID, we ask that only one parent be present for registration. Please do not bring children.
The Preschool Registration Packet for the 21-22 school year can be downloaded here. Please print this packet out, single sided, and complete in full. In order to register your child for preschool, the following MUST be presented at the time of registration. Incomplete registration packets/documentation will not be accepted.
- Preschool Registration Packet (All pages must be completed)
- Non-refundable registration fee - $65.00 must be paid by check or money order. We cannot accept cash or credit/debit cards for registration fees.
- Birth Certificate or Passport (original must be presented; a copy will be made for our records)
- Parent/Guardian driver’s license or state ID card
- Proof of Residency (must be a MEVSD resident to attend) – We can ONLY accept the following as proof of residency: utility bill (electric/water), lease/rental agreement, or COMPLETED and NOTARIZED residency affidavit (if living with Milford resident.) Affidavits need to be notarized at the Milford Board of Education in order to be accepted. We CANNOT accept cable bill, credit card statement, cell phone bill, printout of Clermont county auditor site, etc. as proof of residency.
Due to limited availability, Preschool /Extended Day services are on a first come, first serve basis. Making an appointment to register does not guarantee there will be spots available, however, should classes be full, we will then offer to put you on a waitlist for the program. We cannot hold spots if any of the required documentation is incorrect or incomplete at time of registration. Should this occur, you will need to make another appointment to register your child.
