New MHS drama director named

Milford High School has welcomed David Derringer as the new director of Milford Drama.

Derringer comes to Milford High School with a wealth of performance and directing experience. He graduated with honors from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in performance theatre prior to earning his master of fine arts in theatre degree from the University of Alabama. 

A regular performer with the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Mr. Derringer has also performed in and directed shows internationally in Cuba, Morocco, Moscow, Italy, Paris, Greece, England and Scotland.

Derringer takes over the program as previous Director Katie Arber has moved back to the Dayton area to be nearer to family. Preparations are already well underway for the MHS spring musical production of “The Little Mermaid."
