Information about Doe v. Ohio Department of Education case
Posted on: December 4, 2019
The State of Ohio, the Governor, the Ohio Department of Education, and other state-level defendants to the class action lawsuit, Doe v. Ohio Department of Education, have reached a proposed settlement and have requested our assistance in informing students and parents of the proposed settlement. To be clear, our District is not a defendant in this lawsuit and is not accused of any wrongdoing in this lawsuit. The lawsuit is focused on funding of special education and the class includes all disabled students and their parents. We have been asked to share this information with our school community: https://tinyurl.com/sk7g8qd
