Dear Milford Families,
This is an important message about our Return to Learning Plan. We have listened to your feedback and we have made revisions to the plans that will be presented to the Board at their meeting next week.
IMPORTANT CHANGES AND UPDATES:
-
We have revised the due date for the Decision Form. Originally, the Decision Form was due July 29. The Decision Form is now due August 7. PLEASE NOTE: Parents may change their previously submitted decision by simply filling out a new Decision Form and their latest response will be recorded. If your choice has not changed, you do not need to submit a new Decision Form.

The Board of Education will meet August 4 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Return to Learning Plan. Their decision will be communicated to all families on August 5. (The Board previously planned to meet August 6 to discuss the Plans but moved the meeting earlier to allow families more time to obtain the information and make an informed decision.) The information contained pages 19-25 is a recommendation by the Administration for the Board to discuss and approve. The specifics listed on those pages are not final until the Board meets and votes on August 4.

The FAQ on our website has been revised - check it out here.
We hope that this additional time will help families make the best decisions for their students. By moving the Decision Form deadline to after the Board of Education meeting, families will have more time and more information to make an informed decision.
Sincerely,
John W. Spieser, Superintendent
