Military Troop Box Donation Drive

In collaboration with the Troop Box Ministry, Milford School District is collecting donations to send to troops. The filled boxes will be presented during the November Board of Education meeting on November 18, 2021. Donations are due to your child's school by November 5.
Suggested donations:
Food items:

cheese or peanut butter crackers

beef jerky
- ramen noodles
- microwaveable macaroni and cheese
- vienna sausage, canned meats
- microwaveable spaghetti
- small bottles of hot sauce
- small containers of parmesan cheese
Personal Items:
- bath sets - for men and women
- charmin-to-go
- small travel packs of tissues
- small packets of baby wipes
- toothpaste
- toothbrushes
- soap
- hand sanitizer
- dental floss
- pre-pasted toothbrushes
- small bottles of shampoo
- deodorant
- sticky-on type hot and cold packs
- lip balm
- tylenol, aspirin, etc.
Snacks:
- individually wrapped cookies and candy
- no loose candy
- no Jolly Ranchers (they melt)
- dried fruits
- nuts
- Blow Pops, Life Savers
- small boxes of raisons
- microwaveable popcorn
- peanut butter
Drinks:
- drink mixes for water bottles
- tea bags
- instant coffee
Miscellaneous items:
- playing cards
- CDs and DVDs
- cameras
- hand held games
- note pads, envelopes, pens
- stamps
- zip lock bags - all sizes
Additional information:
- Feel free to add special notes and letters from students
- DO NOT pack items in bags.
- DO NOT pack glass, aerosol cans or items that will leak
- DO NOT pack loose hard candy or Jolly Ranchers
