Board Meeting June 18

The Board of Education has been meeting via videoconference. For this month's meeting they will meet in person, however, are still required to follow the Governor's Executive Orders in regards to social distancing. Face masks are recommended to be worn at all times and hand sanitizer will be available. Thursday's meeting will be broadcast live via ICRC and will also be open to the public.

To follow social distancing mandates, a maximum of 10 people will be permitted in the Board meeting room at one time. The five Board members, three administrators, and one IT technician will be present, and one public participant will be allowed in the room at a time. A separate room will be set up to view the ICRC live feed of the meeting. That room will also have a maximum capacity of 10 people.
If residents wish to speak to the Board, they may do so by filling out a comment card prior to the start of the meeting, then they will be escorted from the viewing room into the Board meeting room at the designated time for public participation, then escorted back to the viewing room.
